Welcome to our apartments in Leipzig 

This Wilhelminian style house, built in 1891, was a five-story building with a richly decorated facade typical of the period. In the 2nd World War the attic fell victim to a bombing raid. It was not rebuilt, but the house was given a flat roof instead, which thus still contributes to the overall impression today. The facade and the staircase have been preserved. During a renovation in the 1990s, the formerly spacious rooms of the building, which was erected as a work and residential house, were redesigned and many floor plans were redistributed.

You will stay in a quiet location in the Volkmarsdorf district. The stylish self-catering accommodation is located only 2 km from Leipzig city center.

The cheerfully designed flats overlook the nearby park and have modern and light wooden furniture.

From the accommodation, you can reach several cafés and restaurants with traditional German and international cuisine in less than 5 minutes on foot. You can also prepare your own meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.

Only a 6-minute bus ride separates you from the New City Hall and the Leipzig Botanical Garden in the historic city center.

The Koehlerstraße tram stop is a 5-minute walk from our flats. From here you can get directly to Leipzig's main railway station, which is only 4 stops away.

As part of the renovation in the 1990s the formerly unsparing premises of the once as residential and office building constructed house have been remodeled and many ground plans have been compartmentalized differently.
