Welcome to our apartments in Leipzig\u00a0<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Wilhelminian style house, built in 1891, was a five-story building with a richly decorated facade typical of the period. In the 2nd World War the attic fell victim to a bombing raid. It was not rebuilt, but the house was given a flat roof instead, which thus still contributes to the overall impression today. The facade and the staircase have been preserved. During a renovation in the 1990s, the formerly spacious rooms of the building, which was erected as a work and residential house, were redesigned and many floor plans were redistributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will stay in a quiet location in the Volkmarsdorf district. The stylish self-catering accommodation is located only 2 km from Leipzig city center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cheerfully designed flats overlook the nearby park and have modern and light wooden furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the accommodation, you can reach several caf\u00e9s and restaurants with traditional German and international cuisine in less than 5 minutes on foot. You can also prepare your own meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only a 6-minute bus ride separates you from the New City Hall and the Leipzig Botanical Garden in the historic city center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Koehlerstra\u00dfe tram stop is a 5-minute walk from our flats. From here you can get directly to Leipzig's main railway station, which is only 4 stops away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
